CREATING A USABLE GARDEN WITH A VIEW TO ADMIRE
Remote Garden Design, Garden Landscaping, Paving & Patios
Mr Green called on our 3D garden design planning service when he needed help to turn his characterless new build garden plot into a garden that was fitting of his new home. He currently looked out over a largely useless heavily sloping area, which was certainly not an area that he could use or enjoy.
With beautiful lakeside views from his garden, Mr Green wanted to bring his garden to life, to allow him to enjoy both the garden and the views, somewhere he could enjoy sitting outside in, and he needed our help! Our remote planning expertise and experience in creating useable space within a garden allows us to create plans to transform unusable new build gardens, and this was just the answer to make his dream a reality.
Over 75% of Mr Green’s garden was on a very steep slope, and with our plans, we were able to offer a tiered garden design to give Mr Green the usable and practical space in a manageable and attractive way that he wanted.
Mr Green provided us with photos of the existing space, and through quick, effective discussion we were able to present Mr Green with a full 3D garden design plan with a view that enabled him to see the features and gain a realistic feel of how the finished garden would look.
Bringing the garden to life in 3D garden design images and providing planting plans Mr Green was able to see easily how, within his budget, he could go on and transform the space in an affordable way.
Our garden design on a budget, performed remotely, meant we were able to plan to extend the existing small area of patio, to give a larger more practical area where Mr Green could sit and enjoy the amazing view over the lakeside. The remote garden design and planting plans gave thought to complementing the view and to the future management and upkeep, ensuring that Mr Green would continue to enjoy his investment in his garden.
We also needed to incorporate the existing high fencing installed on each side of the property. The fencing was just too high, but a limited budget meant we needed to incorporate it into our design. With careful thought as to how we could disguise it within our tiered garden design, we created staggered planting beds down each side of the garden to lead to an expansive area of flat laid lawn. We were able to minimise the impact that the fencing had on the overall garden space without the need for costly changes.
Mr Green needed a design on a budget. Our remote 3D garden design service along with our planting plans gave Mr Green everything he needed to confidently visualise how the space would look and be sure that he was happy before setting the transformation in action.
